1. How do I book a service?

 

All you have to do is “contact us”, enter your relevant details and we will get back to you as soon as possible to offer you a FREE quote or arrange to book you in. You may also contact us via email directly at sales@bennettpropertysolutions.com.au

 

2. Am i required to enter my payment information?

 

No, we do not keep credit card details or client bank information. Payment is made by funds transfer into our account and the details are located on our invoice which you receive when confirming a service

 

3. Are you cleaning teams pet friendly and are the products safe around children?

 

Definitely! Our cleaning teams have training on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. We know how to love, respect and care for them. We're a pet friendly cleaning service and we understand with little ones running or crawling around how important it is for you to have a safe environment. Our cleaning products are used across the country in hospitals, aged care facilities, nursing homes etc

 

4. What is a Deep Clean?

 

A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. A lot of our clients will also choose this service should they want to sell their home or for an end of lease clean

 

5. What services don't you offer?

 

Bennett Property Solutions offer a range of services as a solution to your commercial or residential home or office. We are happy to work with you to have a tailored offer that suits your needs

 

6. Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

 

No, absolutely not! It's your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just leave us a key and we'll get your house cleaned! Some clients may also choose to leave a key out for us and then we can lock up when done leaving the key inside for your own piece of mind

 

7. Are you insured?

Bennett Property Solutions has full public liability insurance and we would be happy to provide this to you at any time should it be required

 

8. Do you offer a bond guarantee?

 

Whilst we do not offer this in so many words we do have our own “Guarantee” which represents our commitment to you. Should you have a concern with our cleaning service you have received, we want to make it right for you

Here's the procedure:

 

·         Call us within 24 hours of your cleaning and provide us with details of your concerns and/or issues.

·         48 hours grace period is given for Move-in/Move-Out cleans.

·         We will schedule a “2 hour make up clean” at no cost to you and we will do our best to fit you in as soon as possible

 

9. Late cancellation fees?

 

We want to make sure that everybody's appointments are serviced by the best cleaning professionals possible. It takes us time to find the right home cleaning professional for you. This is why we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellation fee for a service, is 1 service fee charged. We understand that things can come up from time to time so please make sure to speak to Management about this

 

 

9. Do I need to supply you with anything?

 

In relation to our services we bring and supply everything we need. From cleaning products to gardening equipment to treats for your animals (obviously approved by the owners too) we aim to be an organised, professional business where you simply contact us, make a booking and rest assured knowing we will take care of everything
